Shipping & Returns
Doggo Portraits.
All Cara Jane Diffey doggo portraits are hand illustrated and take anywhere between 3-5 business days to complete. You’ll receive your doggo portrait via email once your illustration is complete.
Framed Doggo portraits can be arranged on request.
Doggo Collars.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. I use use Australia Post for local orders. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and you will receive tracking for your order via email. Standard shipping is 4-7 days, however it might arrive earlier if you’re lucky.
Cara Jane Diffey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be submitted to Australia Post by the customer.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days via email. We must receive the product back within 14 days, unworn and undamaged. Shipping is non-refundable and you’ll need to pay for the return shipping.

We aim to protect your privacy. Any and all personal information collected will be kept strictly private and confidential. We collect only information that we need and we will not pass on your personal information except
to meet a delivery commitment
or the direct needs of Cara Jane Diffey, or
if required by law.
